The Yankees Are On FIRE

       Boy is it a great time to be a Yankees fan.  The team is just firing on all cylinders as of late and everything seems to be falling into place.  The Bronx Bombers are 9 - 1 in their last 10 games and as a die hard fan, I could not be happier.  Speaking of "9 - 1," the Yanks absolutely destroyed the White Sox last night by a score of 9 - 1.  It was nice seeing a solid start from Tanaka, and overall as a team, the Yankees flat out crushed the baseball.  This win gave them the series over the White Sox and really has given the Yankees a lot of momentum for their upcoming series against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
     
      Pittsburgh definitely is not a tough opponent by any means, but the Yankees definitely cannot take them lightly.  If they play the same baseball that they have been over the past few weeks, they should have three easy wins lined up for themselves.  They have been hitting the crap out of the ball, and starting pitching has been solid thus far.  In my opinion, the most impressive aspect of the team has been the bullpen.  They definitely got off to a bit of a rocky start this season but have been nothing short of amazing as of late.  We haven't even seen much of Betances and Chapman yet because the rest of the guys have been holding down the fort.
